St. Bartholomew School is a Catholic, co-educational, Pre-Kindergarten through 8th Grade school, located just inside the beltway in Bethesda, Maryland.  We prepare our students to be active global citizens who live the Word of God and who are ready to meet the challenges of the 21st century.  Come see the big impact made by our small class sizes, inclusive values, and innovative teaching methods.

Get a head start to the season

St. Bart’s organizes sports teams for students and parishioners through the Archdiocese of Washington Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) and is staffed solely by volunteers.  In an effort to get a head start on scheduling our Fall soccer practices, we'd like to gauge preliminary interest from prospective coaches/volunteers. This will allow us to prepare our schedule well in advance of the new school year.

Parents interested in coaching, assisting, or volunteering in any other capacity: please fill out this survey.

Help us by cleaning out your closet

Did you know the process of manufacturing sneakers produces large
amounts of CO2, which contributes to the serious effects of climate
change and global warming? Recycling and reusing sneakers keep
sneakers out of landfills, reduce the need for manufacturing new
shoes and sneakers, and support a healthy circular economy.

Our sneaker drive fundraiser will not only generate funds for our
school, but it will keep sneakers out of landfills and reduce toxic
chemicals from being released into our air and soil. It’s a WIN-WIN!
